1) Shadi.com.bd is an online matrimonial service provider. Please read
the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions before registering on the Shadi.com.bd
website. To use Shadi.com.bd you must sign up as a member of Shadi.com.bd and
agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. By
registering you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be
bound by the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions and this Agreement is
the relationship between you and Shadi.com.bd and with or in connection with
Shadi.com.bd. Will govern all transactions or services. Shadi.com.bd shall be
bound between the parties for all purposes and unconditionally without
reservation.
2) Shadi.com.bd is intended for use by adults above 18 years of age.
Do not register on Shadi.com.bd if you are below 21 years if you are male and
below 18 years if you are female.
3) Marriage Media cannot confirm any marriage. We cannot guarantee
marriage, but we can help the bride and groom find each other's preferences.
All our services are online based. Shadi.com.bd will act based on the
information submitted by you. If you like or match your choice from among the
registered members, marriage is possible only if both parties like each other.
All decisions regarding marriage will depend on the members themselves.
Shadi.com.bd never does and will not engage in soliciting, or searching for brides/bridesmaids outside of registered members. As a member is given the option to deactivate or delete his ID. So anyone can de-activate or delete their ID. Therefore, Shadi.com.bd is not responsible or liable if you do not find your choice among the registered members.

5) Membership fee of Shadi.com.bd is non-refundable. Membership fees are non-refundable in all cases.
6) After registration for security reasons, your e-mail ID and mobile
number will be verified. Once successful verification is done, approval is
given within 24 hours. Then a member can log in.
7) You must be a premium member to view profiles. Buy any one package.
It may take a minimum of one day and a maximum of three (3) business days for
your Premium Member profile to appear on the website after payment.
8) No wrong information can be given. Legal action can be taken
against him or them as per the existing Right to Information Act of Bangladesh
if anyone has resorted to cheating or giving wrong information and proven.
9) Name and picture given at the time of registration or changing anyone,
using someone else's name and picture instead of your own will result in
cancellation of membership without notice. No objection will be entertained.
10) Shadi.com.bd acts only as a means of communication and bridging
for both parties. All decisions, including finding a spouse, and contact, are
the responsibility of the registered person. Shadi.com.bd has no responsibility
or liability for this.
11) Shadi.com.bd will act based on the information submitted by you,
believing it to be true and accurate, even if the information is provided by
your family, friends, and relatives at the time of registration with your
approval. Shadi.com.bd has no obligation to verify the accuracy or veracity of
the information submitted by you. The minimum age for registration on
Shadi.com.bd is 18 years for women and 21 years for men and the maximum age
limit is 60 years.
12) Shadi.com.bd serves as a platform for all its members to exchange
information that will promote their common matrimonial objectives. It is to be
clearly understood that Shadi.com.bd will only provide communications within
its service framework and between members and not direct contact details of
such members. Shadi.com.bd is not an agent of any member and does not
participate in the exchange or its results. Shadi.com.bd reserves the right but
has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members of
Shadi.com.bd.
13) If you wish to terminate your membership, the membership fee is
not refundable under any circumstances. Your subscription to the Shadi.com.bd
Service is for your personal use only. You may not authorize others to use your
membership, and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person
or entity. Violation of this condition will result in the removal of your
profile from Shadi.com.bd without a refund.
14) All rights, privileges, obligations, and liabilities of you and/or
Shadi.com.bd in connection with or for all purposes relating to all
transactions or services with Shadi.com.bd shall be governed by this Agreement.
The terms and conditions may change and vary from time to time at the sole
discretion of Shadi.com.bd.

Conditions পড়ে নেবেন। Shadi.com.bd ব্যবহার করার জন্য আপনাকে অবশ্যই Shadi.com.bd এর সদস্য হিসাবে সাইন আপ করতে হবে এবং Privacy Policy এবং Terms &
Conditions দ্বারা আবদ্ধ হতে সম্মত হতে হবে। আপনি নিবন্ধন করেছেন মানেই Privacy Policy এবং Terms &
Conditions পড়েছেন, বুঝেছেন এবং তাতে আবদ্ধ হতে সম্মতি প্রদান করেছেন বলে গন্য হবেন
এবং এই চুক্তিটি আপনার
এবং Shadi.com.bd -এর মধ্যে সম্পর্ক
এবং Shadi.com.bd -এর সাথে বা
এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত
লেনদেন বা পরিষেবাগুলিকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ
করবে। Shadi.com.bd সকল উদ্দেশ্যে এবং
নিঃশর্তভাবে কোনো সংরক্ষণ ছাড়াই
পক্ষের মধ্যে আবদ্ধ হবে।
২) Shadi.com.bd ১৮ বছরের বেশি বয়সী প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের দ্বারা ব্যবহারের উদ্দেশ্যে। আপনি যদি পুরুষ হন তাহলে ২১ বছর আর যদি নারী হন সেক্ষেত্রে বয়স ১৮ বছরের কম হলে Shadi.com.bd-এ নিবন্ধন করবেন না।
৩) বিবাহ মিডিয়া কোন বিবাহ নিশ্চিত
করতে পারে না। আমরা
বিবাহের নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না,
তবে আমরা বর এবং
কনের একে অপরের পছন্দ
অনুযায়ী খুজে পেতে সহযোগিতা করতে পারি।
আমাদের সকল পরিসেবা অনলাইন ভিত্তিক। Shadi.com.bd আপনার
দ্বারা জমা দেওয়া তথ্যের
ভিত্তিতে কাজ করবে। রেজিষ্ট্রেশনকৃত
সদস্যর মধ্য থেকে আপনার পছন্দ হলে অথবা আপনার পছন্দের সাথে মিলে গেলে, উভয়
পক্ষ একে অপরকে পছন্দ
করলেই বিয়ে করা সম্ভব। বিয়ের ক্ষেত্রে সকল সিদ্ধান্ত
সদস্য’র নিজের উপর নির্ভর করবে।
রেজিষ্ট্রেশনকৃত সদস্যর বাইরে, পাত্র-পাত্রী/বর-কনে সংগ্রহ করা, খুজে দেয়ার কাজটি Shadi.com.bd কখনো করে না এবং করবে না।
যেহেতু একজন সদস্যকে তার আইডি ডি-এ্যাক্টিভেট অথবা ডিলেট করার অপশন দেয়া হয়েছে। সেহেতু যে কেউ চাইলে তার আইডি ডি-এ্যাক্টিভেট অথবা ডিলেট করতে পারে। তাই রেজিষ্ট্রেশনকৃত সদস্যর মধ্য থেকে আপনার পছন্দ না হলে, আপনার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী খুজে না পেলে Shadi.com.bd এর কোন প্রকার দায় নেই অথবা দায়িত্ব নিবে না।
৪) Shadi.com.bd এর সদস্যপদ নির্দিষ্ট মেয়াদে সীমাবদ্ধ। নির্দিষ্ট মেয়াদের শেষে পুনঃরায় নবায়ন করতে হবে। আপনি যখন ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করবেন এবং/অথবা একজন সদস্য থাকবেন তখন এই চুক্তিটি পূর্ণ বলবৎ এবং কার্যকর থাকবে। আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন পৃষ্ঠাগুলিতে নির্দেশাবলী অনুসরণ করে, অথবা আপনার সমাপ্তির লিখিত বা ইমেল বিজ্ঞপ্তি Shadi.com.bd দ্বারা প্রাপ্তির মাধ্যমে আপনি যেকোনো সময়, যেকোনো কারণে আপনার সদস্যপদ বাতিল করতে পারেন। Shadi.com.bd যেকোন কারণে আপনার সদস্যপদ বাতিল করতে পারে। যদি Shadi.com.bd -এ আপনার সদস্যতা বাতিল করে কারণ আপনি চুক্তি লঙ্ঘন করেছেন, আপনি কোনো অব্যবহৃত সাবস্ক্রিপশন ফি ফেরত পাওয়ার অধিকারী হবেন না। কোনো কারণ বা তথ্য ছাড়াই আপনার প্রোফাইল গ্রহণ বা অপসারণ করার অধিকার প্রদান করে।
৫) Shadi.com.bd এর সদস্যতা ফি' অ-ফেরতযোগ্য। সর্বাবস্থায় সদস্যতা ফি অফেরতযোগ্য ।
৬) রেজিস্ট্রেশনের পর নিরাপত্তার কারণে, আপনার ই-মেইল
আইডি এবং মোবাইল নম্বর যাচাই করা হবে। একবার সফল যাচাইকরণ সম্পন্ন হলে, ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যেই
অনুমোদন দেয়া হয়। তারপর একজন সদস্য লগ ইন করতে পারেন।
৭) প্রোফাইল দেখতে হলে অবশ্যই আপনাকে প্রিমিয়াম সদস্য
হতে হবে। যে কোন একটি প্যাকেজ কিনতে হবে। পেমেন্ট দেয়ার পর ওয়েবসাইটে আপনার প্রিমিয়াম
সদস্য হিসেবে প্রোফাইল প্রদর্শন করতে সর্বনিম্ন একদিন সর্বোচ্চ তিন (৩) কর্মদিবস সময়
লাগতে পারে।

কোন প্রকার ভুল তথ্য দেয়া যাবে না। কেউ প্রতারণার আশ্রয় নিলে বা ভুল তথ্য দিলে এবং প্রমানিত হলে বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত তথ্য অধিকার আইন অনুযায়ী তার বা তাদের বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা যেতে পারে ।
৯) নিবন্ধনের সময় প্রদত্ত নাম এবং ছবি অথবা যে কোন একটি পরিবর্তন করে, নিজের পরিবর্তে অন্য কারো নাম ও ছবি ব্যবহার করলে বিনা নোটিশে সদস্যতা বাতিল হয়ে যাবে। এতে কোন আপত্তি গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না।
১০) শুধুমাত্র পাত্র/পাত্রী খুঁজে পেতে এবং উভয় পক্ষের যোগাযোগের মাধ্যম ও সেতু বন্ধন হিসাবে কাজ করে Shadi.com.bd । পাত্র/পাত্রী খুঁজে নেওয়া, যোগাযোগ করা সহ সকল প্রকার সিদ্বান্ত নিবন্ধিত ব্যাক্তির নিজের। এতে Shadi.com.bd এর কোন দায়-দায়িত্ব অথবা দায়বদ্ধতা নেই।

Shadi.com.bd আপনার দ্বারা জমা দেওয়া তথ্যের
ভিত্তিতে কাজ করবে, এটিকে
সত্য এবং নির্ভুল বলে
বিশ্বাস করে, এমনকি যদি
নিবন্ধনের সময় তথ্যগুলি আপনার
পরিবার, বন্ধুবান্ধব, আত্মীয়স্বজনদের দ্বারা প্রদান করা হয় আপনার
অনুমোদন. আপনার দ্বারা জমা দেওয়া তথ্যের
যথার্থতা বা সত্যতা যাচাই
করার জন্য Shadi.com.bd -এর
কোনো বাধ্যবাধকতা নেই। Shadi.com.bd -এ
নিবন্ধনের জন্য সর্বনিম্ন বয়স
মহিলাদের জন্য 18 বছর এবং পুরুষদের
জন্য 21 বছর এবং সর্বোচ্চ
বয়সসীমা 60 বছর।

Shadi.com.bd তার সমস্ত সদস্যদের জন্য তথ্য বিনিময়
করার জন্য একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসাবে কাজ করে যা তাদের সাধারণ বৈবাহিক উদ্দেশ্যগুলিকে
প্রচার করবে। এটা স্পষ্টভাবে বুঝতে হবে যে Shadi.com.bd শুধুমাত্র
তার পরিষেবা কাঠামোর মধ্যে এবং সদস্যদের মধ্যে যোগাযোগ প্রদান করবে এবং এই ধরনের সদস্যদের
সরাসরি যোগাযোগের বিশদ নয়। Shadi.com.bd কোনো
সদস্যের এজেন্ট নয় এবং বিনিময় বা এর ফলাফলে অংশ নেয় না। Shadi.com.bd আপনার এবং Shadi.com.bd -এর অন্যান্য সদস্যদের মধ্যে বিরোধ নিরীক্ষণ
করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে, কিন্তু কোনো বাধ্যবাধকতা নেই।
১৩) আপনি যদি আপনার সদস্যপদ বন্ধ করতে
চান, তাহলে সদস্যতা ফি কোনো অবস্থাতেই ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। Shadi.com.bd পরিসেবাতে আপনার সদস্যতা শুধুমাত্র আপনার
ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য। আপনি আপনার সদস্যপদ ব্যবহার করার জন্য অন্যদের অনুমোদন নাও
করতে পারেন এবং আপনি অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তি বা স্বত্তাকে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বরাদ্দ বা স্থানান্তর
করতে পারবেন না। এই শর্ত লঙ্ঘন করলে কোনো টাকা ফেরত ছাড়াই Shadi.com.bd থেকে আপনার প্রোফাইল সরানো হবে।
১৪) আপনার এবং/অথবা Shadi.com.bd -এর সমস্ত অধিকার, সুযোগ-সুবিধা, বাধ্যবাধকতা এবং দায়-দায়িত্ব Shadi.com.bd -এর সাথে বা সমস্ত উদ্দেশ্যে সমস্ত লেনদেন বা পরিসেবার ক্ষেত্রে এই চুক্তি দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে৷ নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী Shadi.com.bd এর নিজস্ব বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে সময়ে সময়ে পরিবর্তন এবং পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
